Have you ever wanted to try out a new sport? How about the sport of field hockey? Have you played hockey back in school or somewhere else and fancy taking it up again? Well here’s your perfect opportunity.
Waterford Hockey Club are running ‘Fun Summer Hockey’ from June to August 2016 at Newtown School hockey pitch. Join us for a lighthearted and fun game on Tuesday evenings at 8pm. All are welcome from absolute beginners to seasoned players.
Age: 16 and upwards. Cost: €2 per person. Please bring a hockey stick, gum shield, shin guards, and bottle of water.
